By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you are of legal age in your country or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

3. Business Model and Stock Availability

This store operates under a dropshipping model. When you purchase a facial cream or skincare product on our website, your order is processed and shipped directly from the warehouses of our approved third-party suppliers.

  • Stock Errors: Due to synchronization with external inventories, in exceptional cases a product may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices: All prices shown include applicable taxes (such as VAT) unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs will be detailed before checkout.

  • Payment Gateways: Payment is processed through secure third-party platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Bizum, or credit/debit cards). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with current e-commerce legislation, customers have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from their purchase, subject to health and hygiene exceptions.

  • Hygiene and Health Exception (Skincare & Cosmetics): Pursuant to Article 103.e of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods (such as facial creams or skincare treatments) that have been unsealed after delivery. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, tested, or whose seals have been removed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Since we act as commercial intermediaries (dropshipping), liability for hidden manufacturing defects in the skincare products rests with the manufacturer, though we will mediate to resolve any issues.

7. Changes to Terms of Service & Governing Law

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and the parties submit to the courts corresponding to the consumer's domicile.
