1. Tiempos de Entrega
Los plazos de entrega comienzan a contar en el momento en que el pedido es procesado y expedido desde nuestro almacén:
- Península (España y Portugal): Entre 24 y 48 horas laborables.
- Baleares y Canarias: Entre 3 y 5 días laborables.
- Envíos Internacionales (Unión Europea): Entre 3 y 7 días laborables.
- Resto del Mundo: Entre 7 y 14 días laborables (sujeto a los trámites aduaneros de cada país).
Nota: Los pedidos realizados después de las 14:00 h se procesarán el siguiente día hábil. No se realizan entregas los fines de semana ni festivos.
2. Costes de Envío
- Envío Estándar Peninsular: Calculado en el proceso de pago según el peso y volumen del paquete (con opción de Envío Gratuito superando el importe mínimo de compra que tengas activo en tu tienda).
- Envíos Internacionales: La tarifa se calcula automáticamente en el checkout introduciendo tu dirección completa.
3. Procesamiento y Preparación del Pedido
Cada frasco de perfume es empaquetado de forma individual y reforzada con materiales de alta protección para evitar cualquier daño en el transporte. Una vez que tu pedido salga de nuestros almacenes, recibirás un correo electrónico de confirmación con los detalles de expedición.
4. Seguimiento del Envío
Sabemos lo importante que es recibir tu fragancia a tiempo. Por ello, en cuanto el paquete sea recogido por la empresa de transporte (Correos Express, DHL, etc.), te enviaremos un número de seguimiento (Tracking) y un enlace directo para que puedas monitorizar el estado de tu envío en tiempo real minuto a minuto.
5. Incidencias en el Transporte o Paquetes Dañados
- Demoras: Si tu pedido sufre un retraso inusual, puedes ponerte en contacto con nuestro equipo de soporte y gestionaremos la incidencia con la agencia de transportes de inmediato.
- Daños visibles: Si al recibir el paquete notas un golpe grave en la caja o signos de rotura, te rogamos que lo notes en el albarán del transportista (si es posible) y nos envíes fotografías a nuestro correo de soporte en un plazo máximo de 24-48 horas para tramitar la reposición o seguro de transporte sin coste para ti.
