At Michael's Arabic, we are committed to delivering our exclusive facial creams and skincare products safely and efficiently to your doorstep, whether you are in Spain or anywhere around the world. Please read our shipping policy to understand how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Business Model & Fulfillment Notice

Because our store operates under a dropshipping model, your facial skincare products are processed, packaged, and dispatched directly from the specialized warehouses of our approved international suppliers. This direct distribution allows us to offer you a curated selection of premium beauty products globally.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We offer shipping to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Worldwide. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and are calculated from the moment the order leaves our supplier's warehouse:

  • Spain (Peninsula):

    • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days.

  • Spain (Balearic Islands & Canary Islands):

    • Standard Shipping: 7 to 14 business days.

  • International / Worldwide Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping: 10 to 20 business days (depending on customs processing and local postal services in the destination country).

Note: Processing time for orders typically takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight or volume of the order:

  • Spain: Flat-rate or free shipping thresholds may apply as indicated at checkout.

  • International Worldwide: Rates vary depending on the destination country and are clearly displayed prior to final payment.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Within the European Union (Including Spain): All applicable local taxes (such as VAT) are included in the final purchase price at checkout. You will not face unexpected customs fees upon delivery.

  • International Orders (Outside the EU): Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Michael's Arabic has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your facial skincare order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment online. If you experience any issues tracking your package, feel free to contact us.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Failures

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts by the courier, any reshipping costs or return fees will be borne by the buyer.
